Decent cooked English breakfast with a nice food variety. Incredible location in Folkestone, just next door to the restaurant & bar, the sea and the Leas costal park and a gentle slope to the Leas 

Location just outside town centre excellent with the lovely Leas sea walk next to the hotel. Hotel very clean and the staff very helpful and courteous.

Relaxing, fairly clean place with lovely views. Gorgeous location near to the beach and beautiful walkways, the sea front in a grand old building and the town centre and various amenities; quick check-in. 

We would like to stay longer, thanks a lot for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. It's a newly renovated hotel with very friendly staff and panoramic views of the sea.

Thoughtful staff on the reception desk and pet-friendly and top-notch room. Outstanding choice of fresh fruit and cereals at breakfast.

Fairly clean place with dedicated staff and incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Stunning location not far from a beautiful " petfriendly " establishment and the conservatory and the outside bar area, could not be better. 

Clean, 1st class hotel for short stay. Knowledgeable personnel on the reception desk, outstanding food. The substantial breakfast with fresh fruit and cereals.

The hotel is sophisticated with extremely polite personnel on the reception desk. The rooms are updated and newly remodelled, the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

The breakfast was warm and substantial, for all tastes and well priced. Hopefully the room was air conditioned with a 4 poster bed.

The venue was good value and nicely appointed, I truly enjoyed the location close enough to bars/restaurants and the lead theatre, and sea views. This accommodation had a super central setting very near 

This hotel is high-class and reasonably clean, has very efficient staff and ideal location very close to sea front & channel tunnel. The units are brand-new, top-notch with a magnificient view.

It was pet-friendly, good enough for short stay.

The hotel was fairly clean with free breakfasts. Stayed in double room with a seaview which was perfect for me.
